About the Scrabble word finder
Enter the tiles on your rack and this finds every word you can play from them, ranked by what the tiles are worth. A ? stands for a blank, which can become any letter but scores nothing itself.
Each word shows its face value: the sum of its tile values. Longer is not always better — a short word on the right square often beats a long one on plain squares, which is why the list stays sorted by score rather than by length.

Tips
- Scores shown are tile face value only. Double- and triple-letter and word squares depend on where you place the word, so add those yourself.
- Switch the sort to Words with Friends score if that is the game you are playing — the two use different tile values for about half the alphabet.
- Use Advanced options to require a letter you must play through: set "starts with" or "contains" to the board letter you are hooking onto.

How do I enter a blank tile?
Type ? for each blank. Two is the maximum, matching a standard set.
Are these words valid in official play?
They come from ENABLE, which underpins many word games. Tournament play uses TWL or Collins, which differ at the edges — check your game's own dictionary for competition.
Why does a blank score zero?
That is the rule: a blank takes the identity of any letter but carries no point value, in both Scrabble and Words with Friends.
